Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit (usually 20% of total cost) confirms your booking.
Remaining balance is paid on arrival in Kathmandu or in advance if required.
Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (client pays fees).
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be in writing.
Refund depends on timing: >30 days: deposit forfeited; 15–30 days: 30–50% retained; <14 days/no-show: full cost retained.
Company cancellations offer full refund or rescheduling; external costs like flights are not covered.
Itinerary Changes and Risks
Weather, health, or local conditions may require adjustments.
We provide alternatives but are not liable for additional costs, unused services, or inherent trekking risks.
Health, Safety, and Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory, covering medical emergencies, high-altitude trekking, helicopter evacuation, and personal belongings.
Travelers must ensure fitness and health; some expeditions may require a doctor’s certificate.
Permits, Conduct, and Liability
Mandatory permits (TIMS, national parks, restricted areas) are arranged by us.
Licensed guide required for all foreign trekkers; solo trekking is restricted.
Clients must respect local culture and environment; misconduct may result in trip termination without refund.
The company is not liable for third-party services, delays, or incidents.
