  1. Booking and Payment

    • A non-refundable deposit (usually 20% of total cost) confirms your booking.

    • Remaining balance is paid on arrival in Kathmandu or in advance if required.

    • Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (client pays fees).

  2. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Cancellations must be in writing.

    • Refund depends on timing: >30 days: deposit forfeited; 15–30 days: 30–50% retained; <14 days/no-show: full cost retained.

    • Company cancellations offer full refund or rescheduling; external costs like flights are not covered.

  3. Itinerary Changes and Risks

    • Weather, health, or local conditions may require adjustments.

    • We provide alternatives but are not liable for additional costs, unused services, or inherent trekking risks.

  4. Health, Safety, and Insurance

    • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory, covering medical emergencies, high-altitude trekking, helicopter evacuation, and personal belongings.

    • Travelers must ensure fitness and health; some expeditions may require a doctor’s certificate.

  5. Permits, Conduct, and Liability

    • Mandatory permits (TIMS, national parks, restricted areas) are arranged by us.

    • Licensed guide required for all foreign trekkers; solo trekking is restricted.

    • Clients must respect local culture and environment; misconduct may result in trip termination without refund.

    • The company is not liable for third-party services, delays, or incidents.
